We do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed. However, we aim for 100% customer satisfaction and consider exchanges in eligible cases.
An exchange may be accepted only if:
You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
The size or design differs from what was ordered.
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Only one exchange per order is allowed.
If the requested size or product is unavailable, a credit note will be issued (valid for 1 month). Shipping charges are not included in the credit.
Items purchased during sales or clearance events cannot be exchanged or returned.
All exchanges are subject to an additional AED 20 shipping fee (within UAE).
No cash or card refunds are offered. In applicable cases, a credit note will be issued.
